Hello my dears! How are we today? It's beautiful Sunday today which makes it a perfect day to relax. I am watching Princess Diaries 2 while Odin (my puppy) sleeps at my feet. There are few better ways to relax than watching Chris Pine *insert heart eye emoji* try and steal the crown from Anne Hathaway. And of course who doesn't love the Queen and Joe's relationship.
"I look like a moose!!"
"But a very cute moose. Make all the boy moose go WHAAAA."
Life can get a little busy and we forget about the world around us. But sometimes people remind us that not all humanity is bad. The other day I went out to lunch at this yummy Italian place with one of my friends. It was a nice day so we decided to eat at one of the outside tables. Since it was lunch time the place wasn't too busy yet since they are more of a popular night time restaurant. However outside there was a table of 3 women in there 20-30s and another table of a couple and their daughter who looked like she was about 4-5 years old. My friend and I didn't really notice the girl too much since we were being attacked by bees and when we got there the family was almost done and ready to leave. But a few minutes after the little family left I over heard the table of women next to me talking to the waitress asking if they could pay for that table's check. The waitress was a bit confused on how to do that since the couple had already paid and left, but she got her boss to void the check and let the women pay for the meal. When she asked why the women wanted to pay for the check one of the ladies said that you could tell that the little girl had cancer by the fact that she was wearing a hat and had a large bottle of hand sanitizer and just her physical actions. The lady went on to say that her father in law had just died (or was diagnosed I couldn't catch that part) from cancer, and she wanted to honor him and help this family by doing something even though it was small like paying for their meal. My heart just burst with warmth and respect for this woman.
The greatest thing about it is that the woman didn't do it for the praise from the couple. They had already left and might not ever realize that they got there lunch paid for by a complete stranger. But they don't need too. My faith in humanity was restored a bit that day. And I hope maybe this little story made you feel a little warm and fuzzy inside. I know it made me feel that way. And maybe it will remind us to look around at other people before we get so suffocated in our own.
Well my divas until next time. I hope you have a fabulous rest of the day. Queen Diva out.
Stay Swazzy,
Cherry XOXO
P.S. I got this candle from ShopKo. It's called Autumn Hayride. It smells soooo good and I love it! I love candles in general. I mean I really love candles. I burn them almost every night before I go to bed. There is just something about candles that is so calming. Ahhhh relaxing candle bliss.

Favorite Things
Hellloo Divas!! Today I thought I would make a little post about a few of the things I have been loving lately! Of course there is more things I am loving at the moment, but I just wanted to share only a few.
One of my favorite things without a doubt is my new laptop! Its a Macbook pro with retina display. It's wonderful. I wish everyone used Apple it would make the world so much better. I love the fact that the laptop is very light weight and extremely portable. The screens graphics area also amazing! The only thing I don't like is the fact it doesn't have a cd drive.. So thats a bummer but overall I love it!

My combat boots!! I love these shoes. I purchased them at Forever 21. (The only thing I have ever purchase from there.) They make me feel down to business and ready to take on anything. It is wonderful! They have a zipper on the side which makes it easier to get your shoes on and off. The tongue has little tiny silver studs on it. These shoes are pretty comfortable too as long as you wear the right socks because then you might end up with a blister.. not that I'm speaking from experience or anything....ha..ha..ha.
Steve Madden!!!! Oh how I love Steve Madden shoes! These are my favorite. I love them. They're such beautiful shoes. They are suede with little silver diamondy like studs. The suede is a blush color. Its fabulous. I love them. A lot. I don't if I've mentioned that.
This perfume oh how I love it. You, Elizabeth and James Nirvana in black, are a wonderful fragrance. These scent is a little bit of a musky sophisticated scent. If you like more of a sweeter scent there is a white version thats a bit lighter. The black version isn't too heavy though. (If you mix the two together you get one amazing scent.) The bottle I have is only the travel size in case you were not sure.
Klorane dry Shampoo is a life saver! I love it. I received it in my Ipsy bag and I was excited to try it since at the time I was in desperate need of dry shampoo. I spray it at the roots of my hair and hairline on my neck. It gives life to your hair when you haven't had a chance to wash it. It'll give ya that little oomf your hair needs to look fabulous.
I've started this new thing where every night before I go to bed I make myself a cup of homemade hot coco, lights some candles in my room, and turn on netflix or youtube.. and Ahhhh the relaxing begins. I LOVE candles and having them in your room is just so cozy! It makes you feel warm and stress free. So if you've had a stressful or busy day take some time and relax with some coco or tea with some candles and netflix, you'll be comfy and rested.
So my dear Divas if you want to see more posts like this one or have anything you'd like me to talk about just leave a comment. Don't forget to follow and share! Love you. Queen Diva out.

MMHMMM
Hey Beautiful! So You're probably thinking where have you been? Well I've been here just busy and well uninspired. I couldn't think of any topics I wanted to write about. However I am back with a few ideas and I am ready to go! I should probably fill you in on a few things that have happened.
College... that happened. I'm only in my second week but I already have questions like.. "what?, why are we doing this?, and can I drop out to help feed my shopping addiction?" ( Yes I have seriously considered dropping out of school so I could have money to shop. Don't judge me ok. We all have our struggles.) I mean what is college? Just an extension of the tyranny called high school where all of sudden we have to shell out thousands of dollars and a kidney just to attend. .. Please I'm so over it.
Work..yep. So if you are like me, struggling but somehow surviving, you have a job. Thats essentially all I did this summer. Work. Sounds like a party right? You have no idea. You would think with all the work I would be rolling in dough but no.. because I am a college student. Ahh the glamorous life a college student leads.
Vacation.. yes. So at the end of the summer a few friends of mine and I went on a mini little trip to Chicago. It was a fun time. We walked the city. Road on a boat through the city. Went to a concert. We are pretty much high class sophisticated people. We think so at least. We also had this really good stuffed cheese pizza! Yummy! You know us Wisconsinites love our cheese! However Chicago you really need to work on your directing of traffic when there is a concert. Also dear Soldier Field employee whose job is to show people to their seats and rudely asked us if we could read and didn't help us at all.. if we were at Lambeau we wouldn't have had to ask for help! Seriously I could not believe how rude. We weren't the only people who couldn't figure out how to get to your seats. And You charged us $50 to park! To park for 4 hours.. at Soldier field... ugh. However the trip over all was very enjoyable. Chicago is a lovely city.
Well my dear divas for now I must say goodbye. But expect another post in the next few days. And don't forget to follow, share, and tell your friends to follow! Love you all! Queen Diva out.
